Our goal is to help you reach your running and fitness potential while minimizing your chance of injury. We believe your training should be tough yet sustainable, following a stress – recovery – adaptation cycle. We tailor each plan to the specific athlete and work around your schedule and individual needs.

We believe every run or cross training session should have a purpose. Each activity is designed to gain strength and boost performance. There will be no wasted workouts or “junk” miles- everything you do will get you one step closer to your goal.

We believe the client/coach relationship is important and we invest a lot of time working with our athletes on a personal level. We work with runners of all levels from all parts of the country and use phone calls, emails, texts, FaceTime, and Skype to obtain feedback and make changes to your individual training plan. We look forward to working with you and helping you achieve more than you thought you could.
